Product description
Collector's item of international standing. Rare art pitcher vase dating from the mid-sixties. This prestigious ceramic work comes from the famous German manufacturer Dümler et Breiden. It is the form model listed under number 135/15, developed under the artistic direction of designer Rudolf Christmann. Object characteristics: - Exact height: 15 cm - Maximum diameter: 11 cm. The aesthetic expression of this piece is based on a high level of technical execution. The body features a textured matte black glaze with a sculptural character. It serves as a setting for a central frieze enameled in ochre yellow with oxide. The deep geometric decorations (circular incisions and relief diamonds at the base) are typical of the modernist period of European pottery. The neck, for its part, is adorned with a shiny amber interior glaze.
