About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a vintage wooden utility cabinet, professionally refinished with elaborate high-relief carvings. The piece has been thoughtfully repurposed, transforming a classic form into a functional and artistic statement piece for modern use.
Constructed from solid wood, the cabinet features a custom, multi-tonal painted finish in shades of light blue and cream, creating a subtle, aged patina. The facade includes a single drawer above a cabinet door, both adorned with ornate metal hardware. The interior has a shelf and with bold Art Deco-inspired fan-patterned stencil in antique silver lines the back panel, providing a striking contrast to the dark interior finish.
The cabinet has been expertly restored, with an exterior that celebrates its history through a carefully applied finish, while the interior is pristine and configured for contemporary entertaining. The structural integrity is sound, presenting a unique blend of vintage character and modern functionality. This thoughtful restoration brings a classic piece into a new era of use.
Add LED light for a compact bar or a distinctive storage solution, this cabinet is well-suited for a dining room, living area, entrance hall or study. Its eclectic and artistic nature allows it to integrate into Bohemian, Parisian Style, or Art Deco-influenced interiors, serving as both a practical furnishing and a compelling focal point.
