Vintage West Germany small Vase – Jasba Cortina (1950s, 17 cm)
Beautiful original vintage pouring vase from the 1950s by the renowned West German manufacturer Jasba Keramik, executed in the popular Cortina decor.
The small vase features the characteristic grey shrink glaze (Schrumpfglasur / craquelé) with white veins on the outside and a striking deep pink to burgundy glaze layer on the inside. A real eye-catcher for a Mid-Century Modern, retro or eclectic interior.
Features:
• Maker: Jasba Keramik (West-Germany), recognizable by the snow-white Westerwald clay on the underside
• Decor: Cortina
• Period: 1950s
• Height: 17 cm
• Condition: In very good vintage condition (no cracks or chips on the spout)
Collection is possible by arrangement. Shipping is also no problem; the small vase will, of course, be very carefully packaged.
