Product description
A striking vintage artisan wall clock featuring a heavy solid metal dial with a spectacular iridescent patinated finish. Depending on the light, the surface reveals rich shades of copper, bronze, purple and deep blue, making every viewing angle different.
The clock is fitted with a reliable German Junghans Quartz W737 movement and is in good working order. Raised brass hour markers and elegant decorative brass hands complete the sculptural appearance.
This is not a standard factory-produced Junghans clock. The movement is made by Junghans, while the handcrafted metal dial gives the piece its distinctive artistic character. An exceptional decorative object that fits beautifully in industrial, modern, brutalist, loft or contemporary interiors.
A rare and eye-catching statement piece.
Condition
Very good vintage condition. Minor cosmetic traces and light signs of age and use consistent with its vintage character. Fully working.
