Vintage Thomas Rosenthal TC100 Coffee & Tea Pot and Milk Jug Set – 1959 Bauhaus Design – MoMA Collection
An icon of German modernist design, this two-piece porcelain set belongs to the celebrated TC100 collection by Thomas Rosenthal, originally designed in 1959. With its striking geometric shapes and minimalist aesthetic, the TC100 series perfectly captures the functional elegance of mid-century modern design.
The design is represented in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, highlighting its importance in the history of modern tableware.
The set includes a large coffee or tea pot and a matching smaller milk jug, both complete with their original flat lids. Crafted in glossy white porcelain, the pieces feature cylindrical bodies, distinctive angular spouts and sculptural handles.
Both pieces carry the original Thomas Germany manufacturer's mark on the underside. In good vintage condition. Sold exclusively as a set.
