About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a set of two bronze sculptures of Mau cats, designed by A. Tiot. The sculptures show a stylized, elegant representation of the feline form, characterized by their slender silhouette and detailed collars. The sculptures are crafted from bronze and feature a deep brown patina with golden accents on the collars. The smooth finish emphasizes the flowing lines of the design. The sculptures are signed by the artist. The set is in good condition, consistent with its age and material. The original patina has been preserved, which contributes to the character of the objects. These sculptures fit well into a classic or eclectic interior. They come into their own perfectly on a dresser, mantelpiece, or as striking decoration in a study.
