Product description
Beautiful covered pot in thick brass, Indian craftsmanship, vintage 1960s-1980s. It features an elegant bulbous baluster shape adorned with a twisted decoration alternating golden and browned patina. Its matching domed lid is topped with a slender pointed finial reinforcing its orientalist silhouette. Uncommon.
Height 21cm with lid, 12cm without lid, max diameter approx 14cm. Very good general condition, there are some slight, discreet and harmonious signs of age, including small patina wear, small stains and fine scratches from use. Original patina not cleaned to avoid damaging the brown patina. Weight approx 700-800gr.
