Product description
TOP-DESIGNCLASSIX ™ "Design classics, design and vintage furniture as new"
For sale is a restored, English display cabinet in excellent condition.
OBJECT:
Display cabinet / Vertiko
STYLE:
English / Victorian, presumably around the turn of the century
DESCRIPTION:
This beautiful display cabinet was made from noble mahogany wood. It features an elegantly shaped cornice at the top and is adorned with two glazed doors with a functional lock and key. Inside, there are three adjustable shelves. The cabinet rests on a plinth with 4 curved feet.
The combination of noble mahogany wood, slender and not overly playful lines, as well as the diverse color nuances and patina with charm and character, makes this display cabinet a remarkable piece that not only serves as practical storage space but also represents an aesthetic enrichment for any room.
MANUFACTURER:
unknown
MATERIAL:
Solid mahogany, veneered
COLOR:
Mahogany (dark brown with a beautiful reddish tint and natural color nuances)
Info:
The photos are highly exposed so that the pristine condition is visible in detail! Reddish tints become redder, and colors generally become lighter. The shadow areas or areas not directly illuminated by the photo light best represent the true colors. Gloss on the photos or grayish or milky areas are also due to exposure or lighting (reflections). The surfaces are semi-glossy.
DIMENSIONS:
approx. Width: 93cm; Depth: 22cm; Height: 124cm
CONDITION:
Restored, excellent condition. No comparison to the usual dented and scratched display cabinets resulting from decades of use!
The display cabinet comes from the home of an elderly lady, which was filled with very well-maintained design classics and high-quality antiques.
