For sale is a stunning Timothy Oulton Axel MK2 Dining Table , a signature piece that perfectly balances industrial edge with rustic warmth.
This table is crafted from authentic reclaimed boat wood , salvaged from the hulls and decking of decommissioned Chinese fishing junks. Having braved the high seas for decades, the wood features a rich, weathered patina, natural cracking, and original nail holes that no artificial finish can replicate. Each Axel table is unique, carrying its own history and character.
Design & Construction:
Top: Solid reclaimed timber with a "Natural" finish that highlights the wood's organic grain and texture.
Base: A hand-treated architectural metal frame provides sturdy support and a modern industrial contrast to the vintage wood.
Size: 168cm (L) x 100cm (W) x 78cm (H). This 5ft length is the ideal "apartment size," comfortably seating 4 to 6 people without dominating the room.
