Beautiful late 18th or early 19th century Butler mirror from the hand of English cabinetmaker Thomas Fentham (1774-1825). This Fentham active in London at the time was skilled in wood carving, gilding, glass working and picture or picture frame making. This is an original authentic copy with a beautiful patina and a stunning weathered tin-mercury, amalgam mirror glass. Ø52.5 x D8.2 cm (35cm mirror glass)
