Product description
A spectacular and highly collectible pair of mid-century modern lounge chairs designed by the pioneer of Dutch design, Theo Ruth, and manufactured by Artifort in the mid-1950s. This unique duo comprises a Model 107 and a Model 137 chair, beautifully curated to form a perfect pairing that shares identical, top-tier Kvadrat Hallingdal saffron yellow wool-blend upholstery. While the Model 137 offers a wonderfully deep, symmetrical club-style armchair experience with robust black armrests, the iconic Model 107 stands out as a masterpiece of early organic modernism with its sculptural "hairpin" wooden armrests. Fully restored and professionally reupholstered to showroom standards, this investment-grade pair seamlessly fuses mid-century design history with pristine contemporary comfort, making it a world-class statement feature for any luxury interior or gallery.
Dimensions Model 107: 89cm h, 78cm w, 90cm d.
Dimensions model 137: 87cm h, 84cm w, 86cm d.
