Product description
A beautiful "Strand Electric" theater spotlight. This iconic example of British design was made by The Strand Lighting Company in their Covent Garden factory in London's West End. H: 155cm high (max) W: 31cm (lamp head) D: 27cm (lamp head). A mid-20th century theater lamp, mounted on a wooden tripod, fully overhauled and rewired, ready to adorn any modern or period home. The lamp would originally have been covered in paint, but has now been given a new lease of life by being polished to a mirror finish, not to be confused with any of the reproduction lamps on the market that don't even come close to the elegance and fascination of this piece. Condition of this lamp: excellent. Would look great in any modern home or as shop display lighting. Photos are part of the description.
