Whether you live in BOHO style or just go for a unique Mid Century Look, this stylish lamp will feel right at home, a real finishing Touch for your own unique decor! There is a Pull Mechanism that allows you to easily adjust this lamp in height, ideal above a table for example. The large rope lamp consists of a walnut fixture partially covered with raffia cord with a diffuser and matching walnut ceiling cap attached. The lamp is in very good, working, and original condition and emits a pleasant and atmospheric light. Dimensions: height: 70 cm x Ø 50 cm. Height lamp in photo with cord and ceiling cap 70 cm, and can be adjusted as desired by pulley system. Fitting: E27. Bulb included. Background information: Temde-Leuchten and Temde AG was a German-Swiss manufacturer of lighting fixtures, with headquarters in Detmold (North Rhine-Westphalia) and subsidiary in Sevelen, in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Fritz Müller (1889-1964), son of a furniture maker from Lipperland founded the company in 1911 under the company Temde, abbreviated by Theodor Müller, father of the company's founder. On a single piece, the Raffia is a little broken. The rope has been shaped with a hardening agent, so it is still in place. This does not detract from the great look of this lamp, you hardly see it. Care does need to be taken with this 1960s vintage lamp.
