Beautiful, mid century, desk lamp with table clamp by Targetti Sankey, in a challenging orange color.
The lamp has a flexible, black gooseneck and E27 fitting.
And has a cord switch.
It is in a very nice, well-functioning condition, with only minimal signs of use.
Targetti has been designing and manufacturing architectural lighting fixtures for indoor and outdoor use since 1928.
Each Targetti product expresses the values that the company holds dear. On the one hand, perfect light control and excellent performance, and on the other hand, extreme attention to aesthetic details.
The design of this lamp is often attributed to Gino Sarfatti.
Sarfatti, 1912 - 1985, was an Italian designer and entrepreneur.
Although Sarfatti also designed for Targetti Sankey, I could not find any evidence that he also designed for this lamp.
