Offered is this vintage Pineapple lamp, now an iconic and sought-after object. This sculptural lamp is a creation of the French house Le Dauphin and has been issued since approximately 1970. This gold-colored metal pineapple stands on a black lacquered base with a gold-colored rim at the bottom of the base. The lampshade tends towards a dark aubergine color and fits very well in terms of color scheme and texture with the pineapple and black base. The whole is in Hollywood Regency style, and fits well in a Regency or chic interior. It is an imposing lamp, as a centerpiece or conversation piece, a gem in your interior. Dimensions including lampshade: H 69.5 x W 30.5 x D 24 cm Dimensions lamp without shade: H 55.5 x W 14.5 x D 14.5 cm Weight: 2705 grams The condition of the lamp is very good considering its age; the lampshade has some cracks in the plastic layer on the inside. With the textile on the outside, you don't notice this defect in the light or appearance of the lamp.
