RARE TABLE LAMP by Hans BERGSTROM (1910-1996)
This rare table lamp was designed by Hans Bergström in the late 1940s.
The lamp is marked on the bottom by the Swedish manufacturer "ASEA Belysning" and is also engraved with the model number "E1149".
The elegant design is characterized by the round, brass-plated base with a white push-button switch.
The tapered central stem is made of fluted and stained beechwood, giving the lamp a refined appearance.
The brass fittings include a brass shade support.
The ivory stain and textured linen finish have been renewed.
