Product description
Rare glass table lamp with a weighted brass ball base. Designed by Felipe Derflingher in the 1960s, who employed the "cage" blown glass technique, where glass is encased around lead wire. Rare because these lamps are commonly found as wall or pendant lights, but very seldom as table lamps. Beautiful when lit; the switch has been replaced. There are some traces of rust on the base. Height: 48 cm. Shade: 30 cm. Weighted base: 17 cm.
