Product description
Important artistic Murano glass sculpture,
representing a leaping swordfish.
This high-end piece of Italian glass art was
crafted by the master glassmakers of the famous
Formia Murano studio in the 1970s/1980s. It
stands out with its spectacular height of 40 cm
and dynamic silhouette. It uses the two-tone coloring
technique, inserting a deep emerald green
inside a thick translucent crystal body,
resting on a textured base imitating the movement
of waves.
The side of the fish retains its original
gold, serrated official label from the Formia manufacture
certifying its origin: "Made in Italy - Murano". A
very luminous and graphic collector's item, ideal
for enriching a retro chic interior.
