Product description
This is a ceramic object, designed by Suzanne Öhlén for the Swedish manufacturer Rörstrand. The piece is part of the esteemed 'Studio Collection' and stands out for its stylized, almost figurative form and contrasting finishes.
The object is crafted from ceramic and displays a masterful combination of textures. The top and the 'harness' have a matte, textured finish, while the front and back panels feature an iridescent mother-of-pearl glaze that catches and reflects light in various colors. This piece is clearly marked on the underside with the designer's name, the manufacturer, and the country of origin, Sweden.
The object is in very good condition, testifying to careful preservation over the years. The original 'Studio Collection' sticker is still intact on the front, a detail collectors appreciate. The glazes are clear and the structure is flawless, without visible damage.
As an autonomous sculptural piece or as a unique vase, this object functions as a refined accent in a modern or Scandinavian interior. It can be placed on a sideboard, in a bookcase, or on a console to add an artistic element.
