Product description
Beautiful set of four vintage model 451 armchairs, designed by Randall Buck for Steelcase Strafor in the 70s. Each piece stands out with its enveloping shell with a fluid curve in white synthetic resin, offering a striking contrast with its generous upholstery.
The seat and backrest are covered in a vibrant and warm orange fabric, bringing an irresistible Space Age touch and full of character to your decor.
The set is enhanced by black armrests with streamlined lines and rests on a four-star base in chromed metal, ensuring perfect stability combined with great visual lightness.
Combining the ergonomic seating comfort characteristic of Steelcase Strafor creations with a timeless modernist aesthetic, this set will naturally find its place around a dining table, in a meeting room, or within an elegant workspace.
Randall Buck is an American designer and artist renowned for his creations in high-end furniture and textiles.
After distinguishing himself with the 451 office chair for Steelcase, he co-founded the New York studio Trove in 2006, where he revolutionized contemporary wallpaper by combining photography, painting, and digital printing, notably collaborating with KnollTextiles.
