tunning three-arm floor lamp designed and produced by the renowned Italian company Stilnovo in the mid-1950s. The lamp is in excellent condition, standing on three iron legs enriched with wooden details and featuring a beautiful central support in solid brass that holds three lamp holders. These are completed by three cylindrical opaline glass diffusers, which give the lamp a beautiful aesthetic and elegance. The lamp is in perfect working condition and still features the original Stilnovo switch. Stilnovo is an Italian company founded in 1946 by Bruno Gatta, known for the production of design lamps and lighting fixtures. During its peak activity, mainly between the 1950s and 1960s, Stilnovo was one of the leading figures of Italian design, contributing significantly to the modernist movement. The company collaborated with many of the most celebrated Italian designers of the time, including Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, Joe Colombo, and Ettore Sottsass. These collaborations led to the creation of some of the most iconic lamps of the 20th century. Each piece produced by Stilnovo is characterized by high-quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship—qualities that have made them highly sought-after design objects. Stilnovo has had a lasting impact on lighting design, influencing generations of designers and design enthusiasts. Its creations have been exhibited in museums and private collections around the world and continue to be appreciated for their timeless beauty and technical innovation.
