A very sophisticated lamp from the 1960's designed by Bruno Gatta himself, who founded Stilnovo in 1946. The lamp is in a very good and original condition with the Stilnovo sticker still intact on the inside of
the shade. The cool marble base makes it a sturdy table lamp and provides a nice contrast with the warm colour of the polished brass stem. Light is beautifully emanated from the bowl-shaped shade, which appears to look like it is floating. with almost no signs of wear or use and a beautiful patina gained over many years, this makes for a true collectors item.
The lamp has build up a nice patina over the ages. There are a few tiny dents at the base of the marble.
