Product description
For sale is this sculptural Mid-Century Modern Vase from West Germany, manufactured by Steuler Keramik around 1969/1970. The rare Model 5101 impresses with its striking, square-stacked column shape in the unmistakable Space Age / Pop Art design, which is attributed to the famous designer Cari Zalloni.
A special highlight is the glossy flowing glaze in vibrant turquoise-green with dark shading at the edges. The model number 5101 is clearly embossed on the underside.
Condition:
Very good vintage condition. No chips, dents, or deep cracks in the clay. The surface shows the fine craquelure (hairline cracks in the glaze layer) typical for this era and glaze, which forms an authentic and charming patina.

• Width/Depth: approx. 9 x 9 cm
