Product description
Expressive vintage Ceiling light by Staff Leuchten, according to available information the rarer model A 226 in a two-flame version.
Particularly characteristic is the flat, circular structure with a matte black metal ring and a massive, heavily structured glass diffuser. The so-called Bubble Glass has an exceptionally plastic surface made of glass structures of different sizes, enclosed or appearing like a relief. This softly refracts the light, creating a lively play of light on the ceiling and walls.
The clear, geometric combination of black metal and transparent structured glass is typical for high-quality German lighting design of the 1970s and appears exceptionally contemporary again today. Due to its low height, the lamp is particularly suitable for rooms with lower ceilings, hallways, bedrooms, or living areas.
Condition:
Good used vintage condition with signs of wear consistent with age and use.
The structured glass is generally well preserved in the pictures and shows its distinctive surface structure very nicely. Slight age-related marks may be present on the black metal ring.
Dimensions: Diameter 40 x H11 cm
