Product description
This stacking chair is a typical example of Swiss mass-produced furniture for schools, canteens, and multi-purpose halls. The construction consists of a chrome-plated tubular steel frame with four slightly splayed legs, which are reinforced by cross braces for stability and stackability. The seat and backrest are made of molded beech plywood, whose light, natural finish and subtle grain create a robust yet timeless impression. The backrest is gently curved, ergonomically designed, and attached to the frame with visible metal screws. Of particular interest is the manufacturer's label on the underside, which clearly identifies the chair as being made by Reinhard. Reinhard is a Swiss furniture manufacturer specializing in functional and durable contract furniture. The chairs in this series were developed for intensive use in educational institutions and public spaces, combining a clean, minimalist design with high stackability and longevity. Condition: The chairs are in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. The chrome-plated frame is shiny and shows only minor scratches consistent with its age. The plywood seat and backrest are clean, sturdy, and without major damage; only minor pressure marks or superficial signs of use are visible. Overall, it is in honest, well-maintained original condition, underscoring the high quality of Swiss manufacturing. Dimensions: L48 x W40 x H78.5 cm, seat depth 44 cm
