About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This recessed spot light is a vintage lighting piece designed by the German manufacturers Staff Leuchten or Glashütte Limburg. It stands out with its iconic textured glass diffuser, typical of the 1970s Space Age era.
The luminaire consists of a square white lacquered metal frame and a thick, convex molded glass diffuser, adorned with a raised bubble pattern. This unique design allows light to be diffused softly and atmospherically, creating interesting light patterns on surrounding surfaces. Made in Germany, this spot light testifies to the high quality and innovation of lighting design from that period.
In excellent condition for its age, this spot light has retained its original finish. The metal structure is solid and the glass diffuser is intact, without major cracks or chips (1 minimal chip on the edge of the glass), which guarantees both its functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Ideal for ceiling or wall installation, this spot light integrates perfectly into Mid-Century Modern, Space Age, or minimalist interiors. Used alone or in series, it can provide elegant accent lighting in a hallway, living room, or kitchen.
This item can also be transformed.
