Antique Spanish secretary desk, Bargueno, circa 1900, in the Renaissance style. Completely restored in summer 2021 by a master cabinetmaker in Berlin. Converted into a bar cabinet: mirrored, LED light strips, compartments for glassware on the right and left, and bottle storage in the center. The cabinet base is covered in black and silver leather, and the drop-front is lined with fine red leather. Key included; the keyhole is elaborately decorated and backed with red leather. The secretary desk is beautifully restored and now truly stunning. No marks or stains; although used, it is very rare. A very charming piece of furniture—elegant, surprising, and a real eye-catcher!
The upper section rests on the lower section, is removable, and supports the cabinet on rails and wooden dowels. The drop-front rests on pull-out panels on the left and right sides.
Transport is easily possible in two parts with blankets and bubble wrap. Unfortunately, I cannot transport it myself.
