For sale is an impressive piece of German design history from the 1970s. This large, seven-light ceiling fixture was manufactured by TZ Leuchten (often associated with Schmitz Leuchten). It is a classic example of the Space Age/Pop Art era.
This model captivates with its high-quality chrome plating and timeless aesthetic. The design is conceived as a "cascade" or "Sputnik" style: Seven E27 sockets at varying heights, combined with large opal glass globe bulbs, create an impressive light sculpture. The highly polished base reflects the light and enhances the visual effect.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. The chrome surfaces shine brilliantly. There are only a few minimal, age-related scratches that do not detract from the overall appearance. The fixture is fully functional.
