A very beautiful antique Sarreguemines earthenware tureen, Robinson pattern, made between the 1920s and 1950s.
It features an elegant blue geometric design with red and white flowers and leaves typical of the Art Deco style, two highly stylized side handles, and its original lid with a flower-shaped handle.
The piece is marked on the bottom: "Sarreguemines DV (for Digoin/Vitry-le-François) France – Robinson".
In good overall condition for its age. There is a small chip on the rim of the lid, as well as slight signs of wear and age, visible in the photos. No apparent cracks.
A very beautiful collector's or decorative piece, ideal for lovers of antique earthenware and the Art Deco style.
