Product description
This is a set of two vintage Wall lights by the German manufacturer Sölken Leuchten, dating from the 1960s. The fixtures are made of brass and embody the aesthetic of the Space Age era. The design is characterized by a round, pleated base and a conical shape that reflects light in an atmospheric way.
Each lamp has a diameter of 23 centimeter and a height of 11 centimeter. The brass construction gives a warm, golden glow, characteristic of interior styles from that period. The lamps are designed for wall mounting and are equipped with an E27-fitting. The shown mirrored light bulbs emphasize the indirect light effect for which the design is intended.
The set is in good vintage condition, with a patina consistent with the age and use of the objects. The original wiring is present and the lamps are functional. The original factory stickers are still present on the back, confirming authenticity and origin.
These lamps are a characteristic addition to an interior with Mid-Century Modern, Pop Art or Hollywood Regency influences. They function excellently as atmospheric lighting in a living room, hallway or bedroom, both individually and as a pair.
