About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a vintage Dining table by the Danish manufacturer Dyrlund, produced in the 1970s. The piece is an excellent example of Scandinavian craftsmanship, characterized by the use of solid wood and a functional design. The hexagonal shape of the tabletop makes it a unique and cozy centerpiece in any dining area.
The table is entirely made of high-quality, warm-toned wood, ensuring a durable and stable construction. The top rests on a central pedestal base that branches out into four slender legs, a characteristic detail of Mid-Century Modern design. This construction not only provides a sturdy base but also ensures maximum legroom around the table. The finish highlights the natural grain and rich color of the wood.
The overall condition of the table is very good, with a patina consistent with its age and careful use over the years. The original structure and finish have been well preserved, testifying to the quality of the materials and the construction by Dyrlund. The furniture piece retains its authentic character and is ready for a new home.
With its geometric shape and compact base, this Dining table fits perfectly into both modern and more classically furnished interiors. It is an ideal choice for those looking for a functional design piece with a clear historical signature, adding warmth and style to the dining room or kitchen.
