About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
This seating group by the Italian manufacturer Edra comprises one sofa and two matching armchairs from the Chiara collection. Designed by Francesco Binfaré, the set is defined by its dynamic, sculptural silhouette and generous proportions, representing a high point in contemporary Italian furniture design.
The pieces are upholstered in a durable, dark grey textured fabric that accentuates their soft, inviting forms. The two armchairs feature a swivel mechanism, resting on a circular base made of polished chrome-plated steel, which provides both stability and a fluid range of motion. The sofa is composed of three distinct seating modules, creating a substantial and comfortable anchor for a living space. This collection is a testament to Edra's commitment to combining technological innovation with artisanal craftsmanship.
Presented in excellent condition, this set retains its structural integrity and the original upholstery is well-preserved. The forms are full and the fabric shows minimal signs of use, consistent with careful ownership in a private residence. The polished metal bases of the chairs are clean and reflective, underscoring the quality of the materials.
With its commanding presence and sophisticated comfort, this Edra Chiara set is ideally suited for a spacious, modern or minimalist interior. The neutral grey palette allows it to integrate seamlessly with various colour schemes, while its unique design ensures it will be a focal point in any living room or lounge area.
