Product description
Soda Galvano for Lied Møbler – Adjustable Norwegian Design Armchair
A particularly beautiful and comfortable vintage design armchair, designed by Soda Galvano and produced by the Norwegian company Lied Møbler. This characterful design from the Scandinavian Mid-Century period combines a sculptural wooden frame with a generously shaped, leather-covered seat.
The armchair features a beautiful five-legged swivel base and an adjustable mechanism, allowing the backrest to be set in various positions. This makes it not only a distinctive design object but also an armchair truly made for comfortable daily use.
The warm woodwork is in neat vintage condition and forms a beautiful contrast with the dark leather upholstery. Over the years, the leather has acquired a beautiful, weathered patina, befitting the age and character of the armchair. To ensure a neat and tidy appearance, the webbing has been replaced, making the armchair ready for immediate use. The combination of the robust wooden frame, the generous leather cushions, and the technical adjustability gives this armchair an almost architectural appearance. A beautiful example of Norwegian furniture design where comfort, functionality, and powerful design come together.
An atmospheric and comfortable vintage piece of furniture that fits beautifully within a Mid-Century interior, but thanks to its warm materials and timeless appearance, also combines excellently with a modern or contemporary interior.
