This is a vintage table lamp, designed by the Japanese designer Isao Hosoe. The piece is known by the iconic model name 'Hebi', which is Japanese for snake, a reference to its unique, flexible structure. The lamp is made with a metal shade and a flexible arm with a plastic casing in an off-white shade. Thanks to its fully flexible body, the light can be precisely directed, making the design both playful and functional. The lamp is equipped with an E14 fitting. The item is in good, working condition consistent with its age and use. The original wiring and switch are functional, and the lamp has retained a characteristic vintage look.
