About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
A complete vintage bedroom set, manufactured in the mid-seventies. This set, executed in a dark wood veneer with contrasting metal accents, is an authentic example of the design from that period. The coherent design of the various furniture pieces creates a harmonious and stylish unity.
The set consists of three parts: a double bed with an integrated headboard and floating bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe with smoothly running sliding doors, and a matching dressing table equipped with a mirror and drawers. The furniture is finished with a rich, dark wood grain and stands on slender, chrome-plated metal legs characteristic of the Mid-Century style. The headboard features a black panel with a decorative metal strip, giving it a typical 70s look.
The overall condition of the set is good, with a patina consistent with its age and careful use over the years. The construction is solid, and the original details, such as the handles and legs, have been preserved. The set retains its original character and is a beautiful historical document.
This bedroom set is an excellent choice for lovers of vintage and retro design. The combination of warm wood and cool metal fits well within various interior styles, from Mid-Century Modern to a more eclectic decor.
The headboard is equipped with built-in fluorescent lighting.
Only the metal legs are discolored (lost their shine).
