Product description
Swedish work, 1960 H 71 x W 68 x D 65 cm Teak and leather Good condition Leather backrest stretched directly between the rear uprights, without an intermediate frame. Turned wood, visible dowels, brass buckles. Designed by Arne Norell in the tradition of Kaare Klint's Safari chair (1933), a reference in campaign furniture. Norell removes the usual backrest tensioners on this type of seat. Manufactured by his own company, Norell Möbel AB, in Sweden. The two armchairs can be sold separately; a side table is included with the purchase of the pair.
