Six Large Silver-Plated Serving Trays – Bruckmann & Söhne, Germany (1940s)
I am selling six unique and unusually large silver trays / serving platters from the well-known German manufacturer Bruckmann & Söhne.
Peter Bruckmann & Söhne, Heilbronn, Germany – circa 1940s.
The trays are made of nickel silver (silver-plated metal) of high quality and are stamped “Bruckmann 130 Import.” The marking “130” indicates a high-quality, extra thick and durable silver plating.
The trays have a clean, timeless design without decorative patterns.
What makes this set special is that there are six trays and they are unusually large. I have not polished them, as polishing would remove the beautiful original patina.
