Beautiful old Danish cutlery set by Carl M. Cohr, produced under the brand ATLA.
Complete set for 6 people consisting of:
- 6 Large tablespoons
- 6 Table forks
- 6 Table knives
- Total 18 pieces
- Original decorative cutlery case
Carl M. Cohr was a renowned Danish silver manufacturer from Fredericia, founded in 1860. From 1921, the name ATLA was used for the house's high-quality silver-plated production.
This set features a distinct Art Deco design with clean geometric lines and characteristic faceted ends.
Probable dating: approx. 1930–1940.
The cutlery is silver-plated, not solid silver. The knives feature a stainless steel blade, marked INOXYDABLE.
Authentic vintage condition with normal signs of use and age, and a beautiful dark silver patina. The original case has also been preserved.
A particularly fine complete Danish Art Deco set for 6 people.
