Spectacular historicist style chair, made of ebonized wood with carved and gilded decoration and upholstered in floral silk. It stands out for its high backrest with an architectural composition, crowned by a carved and gilded classical-inspired female face. The turned columns, ornamental finials, openwork elements, and worked legs give the piece a particularly elaborate character. The seat and backrest retain their floral silk upholstery, which contrasts with the dark finish of the structure and the gilded details. 6 identical chairs are available, which can be purchased individually or as a set. They are part of a coordinated 9-piece living room set: six chairs, two armchairs, and a three-seater canapé, all available. According to family tradition, the set would be related to the surroundings of Alfonso XIII. There is no documentation to currently accredit this provenance, so it is indicated exclusively as family history and not as certified provenance. Measurements of each chair: 45 cm wide × 50 cm deep × 115 cm high. Good general condition, with signs of age visible in the photographs. Transport at buyer's expense. Price: €900 per chair.
