In 1965, Ingmar Relling designed his greatest success: the SIESTA chair. And for a reason. The chair is so comfortable that you can easily take an afternoon nap in it. The chair played an important role in the growth and international success of the Norwegian furniture industry in the mid-1900s. Today, SIESTA stands out as an internationally recognized classic and a Norwegian icon. The chair really does sit wonderfully. In this case we are talking about the frame (without cushions). This one is as good as new (Sept 2024) . New value is € 1000,- but may be sold for € 600,-.
