Product description
This is a classic 'ship's decanter', handmade from glass in Poland. Its iconic design, with its wide and stable base, was originally intended to remain stable on a ship, making it a unique and functional piece.
The decanter is expertly crafted from clear, transparent glass, allowing the color of the drink to shine through. The design includes an elegant handle for easy pouring and a solid, spherical stopper that seals the contents well. Production in Poland is known for its rich tradition in glassware.
A beautiful, minimalist vintage design decanter with original glass ball stopper and handle. An absolute eye-catcher on a modern set table or in a vintage interior.
This object is entirely mouth-blown and hand-formed in Poland (featuring the authentic pontil mark/punty scar on the underside and the original golden export sticker 'Made in Poland'). This artisanal process is clearly reflected in its exceptionally heavy and robust quality. Mid Century Modern
The decanter has a unique, very wide and flat design at the bottom (a type of ship's decanter model), making it extremely stable and perfectly suitable as a wine decanter or for oil/vinegar.
