Product description
This is a set of six vintage track spot lights, produced by Philips in the 1970s. The spot lights are a characteristic example of Space Age design, evident in their functional form and vibrant use of color. This is model NWS 83/96, a sought-after item among collectors of retro lighting.
The set consists of three pairs in different colors: two in bright orange, two in a deep brown hue, and two in an off-white and beige color. The shades are made of plastic, mounted on an adjustable black metal bracket. These spot lights are designed for a track system, allowing for flexible and targeted illumination. As a product of the Dutch Philips, these lamps represent a piece of iconic European design history.
The spot lights are in good vintage condition, with a character that matches their age. The construction is solid, and the adjustment mechanisms are functional. The colors are generally well-preserved, and the set as a whole has an authentic appearance that has stood the test of time.
This lighting set is ideally suited to add a playful and functional accent to an interior. The spot lights can be used to highlight artworks, illuminate a reading nook, or create a dynamic lighting plan in a living room or studio. They fit seamlessly into an eclectic, retro, or modern decorated space.
