Product description
This is the 40/4 Stacking Chair by American designer David Rowland for HOWE. One of the most recognizable examples of Modern Design from the post-war period and included in the design collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The chair gets its name from the fact that you can stack 40 chairs to a height of 4 feet. The chairs consist of a slender chrome metal frame with a black ergonomically shaped seat and back. The set has signs of use in the form of light patina and scratches.
The understated use of materials and the timeless architectural appearance ensure that this set looks great in the dining room, office or a contemporary interior!
