Timeless industrial Dutch Design from the 1960s. This is the S17 school chair by Paul Philipsen for Galvanitas BV, 1965. Characteristic of the S17 is its folded steel frame with iconic compass legs and a pressed wood (pagholz) seat. The chairs are stackable and are in used condition. Still very strong, but with patina on the legs. Today, this vintage classic is popular in the dining room!
