This is a set of two Filipo 10 Table lamps, designed by the Modiss Design Team for the Barcelona brand Modiss in 2012. The Filipo collection is distinguished by transforming functional elements into the aesthetic protagonists of the design, creating a piece that is both a light source and a sculptural object.
Each lamp is handcrafted from a continuous tube of blown borosilicate glass, forming a sinuous and organic silhouette. A red textile cable runs through the transparent body, becoming a central visual element. The structure rests on a circular glass base and culminates in a bulb with a chrome reflector. The dimensions of each lamp are 45 cm in height and 28 cm in width at the base.
The set is in excellent condition, maintaining its original finish and structure. The lamps are designed as a complementary pair; when placed facing each other, they create a symmetrical composition and a visual dialogue between them, as conceived by their designers.
This pair of lamps is ideal for placing on a sideboard, a console in the entrance, or as ambient lights on bedside tables. Their distinctive and contemporary design integrates perfectly into modern, minimalist, or collector-style interiors, providing a focal point of color and form.
