Private sellerProduct description
Bargain price for a Swiss design classic!
A set of eight original vintage Horgenglarus Beizenstühle, a classic example of Swiss furniture design. The chairs feature characteristic curved backrests and sturdy wooden construction.
I painted the chairs myself in different colours more than ten years ago. The original Horgenglarus factory labels are still present underneath the paint, although they are no longer legible. The chairs are sold as-is and have not been restored.
One chair has a loose seat connection that needs re-gluing, and another has some damage to the edge of the seat. The remaining six chairs are structurally sound and usable.
A distinctive matching set for anyone who appreciates authentic Swiss vintage furniture and is happy to undertake some restoration.
Dimensions are approximate; exact measurements can be provided on request. Collection in The Hague is preferred.
