Product description
This elegant set of six Scandinavian Modern Dining Chairs was produced in the 1960s. Crafted from solid wood, the chairs feature beautifully sculpted backrests with hand-woven paper cord panels and organically shaped seats, combining refined craftsmanship with understated Scandinavian aesthetics. The chairs have undergone a comprehensive restoration in our workshop. All wooden elements have been cleaned and professionally refinished in a durable satin black lacquer, faithfully preserving their original character. Both the seats and backrests have been entirely hand-woven with natural paper cord using traditional techniques, ensuring exceptional comfort while respecting the original construction. Their sculptural silhouette, balanced proportions, and honest use of natural materials embody the timeless principles of Scandinavian Modern Design. Equally suited to a dining room, meeting space, or contemporary interior, these chairs offer both visual elegance and everyday functionality.
Chairs are beautifully designed in the manner of Hans Wegner. Gorgeous set, professionally restored and ready for daily use.
Please note that these are vintage items and although complete renovation process was carried out, they may show some small traces of use or imperfections.
