Set of four Art Deco walnut and leather armchairs, made around 1940, which display an aesthetic that is both architectural and warm, typical of French modernism of the interwar period. The carefully selected walnut creates a fluid structure where the armrests curve in a continuous movement, forming these lateral openings that lighten the silhouette and affirm the style's inherent geometry.
The seat and backrest, covered in new brown leather, offer firm and enveloping comfort.
