Beautiful set of four vintage bentwood bistro high chairs, in the style of the famous Thonet, Baumann and Luterma productions. An iconic silhouette of cafe furniture, with a double-arched backrest, round seat, and footrest. Beautiful original brown patina with traces and marks of time that fully contribute to their charm. One has an old "SIF – Draveil" label under the seat, probably that of a distributor or reseller. Authentic and decorative set, ideal around a bar, counter, or central island. Old set showing numerous marks of use and age: knocks and small impacts, discolorations, stains, rubbing, and various wear. Also present are traces of paint, notably gray on one of the backrests. On one of the chairs, a circular element under the seat shows some detachment, without compromising the stability of the chair. These various defects are to be taken into account and contribute to the patina of this old set.
