A striking set of four postmodern dining chairs, produced in Italy during the 1980s. The design is defined by its bold contrast of materials and color, where vivid red backrests meet a slender black metal frame.
The chairs balance graphic clarity with subtle playfulness. The sharply angled back panels introduce a strong visual rhythm, while the curved tubular structure softens the overall composition. This dialogue between line and plane is characteristic of Italian postmodern design of the period.
